Vince started off his coaching career assisting Annapolis High School followed by Garden City High School for 5 years.  After Garden City, he became the head coach at Allen Park Inner City, then took on the head coaching role at Trenton High School.  His latest high school stop was at Troy High School.  Vince is not currently coaching high school to focus 100% on the overall development of Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy.   He has been in the club atmosphere for many years coaching at Ohana Volleyball Club, and En Fuego Volleyball Club and Michigan Elite, where he has coached and played an integral directing role for the past 11 years.  Vince is going on his 7th year of being the Club Director for Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy.
